Simone Desantis' Talk: Five Years of Cloud Native Successes, Mistakes, and Lessons Learned

Among the sessions not to be missed is the talk by our CTO, Simone Desantis, titled:

“5 Years in Cloud Native: The Good, the Bad, and the Bill”

Starting from an event that radically changed the company’s technological journey, Simone will share the experience gained throughout five years of transformation toward a Cloud Native architecture. The session will explore the transition from traditional infrastructures to a DevOps approach based on Infrastructure as Code, container orchestration, and dynamic scalability models.

It will be a practical and honest story, built around technical challenges, strategic decisions, and lessons learned in the field: from optimizing cloud resources and managing the risks of misconfigurations that can quickly drive up costs, to finding the right balance between performance, reliability, and economic sustainability.
