The Real Estate Valuations service (Square Meter Value) allows you to obtain within seconds the reference values of properties located at a specific address, enriched with detailed real estate, demographic, and market information.
The SQM endpoint provides users with detailed information on the price per square meter of properties in a given area. Thanks to parameters such as property type, location, and contract, users can obtain accurate data to assess price trends and plan strategic real estate investments. The "type" parameter offers a selection of property types, such as residential buildings, offices, shops, warehouses, and more, each associated with a unique numerical ID.

The Start valuation response returns 3 different property values: low, average, high. The amount is expressed per square meter and refers to the last semester.
