Obtain three values (low, medium, high) per square metre of any property on Italian territory with information such as neighbourhood name, band (e.g. semi-central), coordinates, property type and unique code.
The Real Estate Quotations service (Square Meter Value) allows you to obtain reference property values for a specific address within seconds, enriched with detailed real estate, demographic, and market information.
The service is part of the Real Estate API and consists of two endpoints: Start and Advanced.
The required data to retrieve the quotations are:
- address
- property type (for)
- contract type (rent or sale)

The dataset is complemented with information about the area where the property is located, such as the neighborhood name, zone (e.g., semicentral), coordinates, property type, and a unique code.

You can obtain the value per square meter for both rent and sale for 13 different property types.
The Real Estate API also offers the Advanced Quotations service with more detailed real estate data, market trends, and demographic information of the area, as well as Real Market Value, which contains information on actual sales within a specific area.
