Portuguese Insurance Check allows you to check in seconds whether any car is insured, with which company, policy number and policy start/expiry date.
With the Portugal Insurance Check service, it is possible to obtain up-to-date information on the insurance of any Portuguese car, using only the license plate number.
Specifically, this service allows you to know the following details about the vehicle's insurance:
- the policy start date ("StartDate")
- whether the vehicle is insured ("IsInsured")
- the name of the insurance company ("Company")
- the actual policy expiry date ("Expiry")
- the policy number ("Policy")
Openapi also offers additional services for other countries internationally, such as Italy, Germany, France, Spain, and the UK.
Insurance Check is identified by the endpoint GET/PT-insurance/{LicensePlate}.
