With Split Payment, it is possible to verify companies subject to this regime, whether they are public or private entities such as: Poste Italiane SPA or Leonardo SPA. In particular, the list includes the following categories:

  • Companies effectively controlled by the Prime Minister's Office and Ministries
  • Entities or companies controlled by Central Administrations
  • Entities or companies controlled by Local Administrations
  • Entities or companies controlled by National Social Security and Welfare Entities
  • Entities, foundations, or companies in which public administrations hold an overall capital percentage of not less than 70 percent
