The Company Report provides a detailed analysis of the company's financial and asset status, the representatives, and information about the market in which it operates.
The report is enriched with information from multiple official sources and is divided into 16 sections:
- LEGAL DATA including headquarters, legal form, date of incorporation, and start of activity
- CREDIT ANALYSIS with credit quantification, score, financial rating, reliability grade (sector, company)
- ACTIVITIES with details on ATECO, RAE, and SAE codes
- SUMMARY OF NEGATIVES with results on protests, prejudicial procedures, bankruptcy proceedings, and CIGS (Extraordinary Wage Guarantee Fund) measures
- FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC ANALYSIS with commentary and financial data such as turnover, operating result, ecofin score (if available)
- DETAILS OF CHAMBER DATA with information such as registered office, PEC, REA, information from statute/articles of association, administrative form, corporate purpose
- PARTICIPATIONS with information on any participations of the company in other companies
- NEGATIVE DATA ON THE COMPANY with details on any protests, bankruptcy procedures, prejudicial procedures, CIGS measures
- NEGATIVE DATA ON REPRESENTATIVES with specifics on any protests, bankruptcy procedures, prejudicial procedures, CIGS measures against the company's representatives
- COMPANY OFFICES AND ADDRESSES with details on the type of office (e.g., registered office or legal unit)
- LAND REGISTRY SEARCH with info on any properties registered to the company

The service is provided through API, and the timing depends on the complexity of the case. Openapi ensures that the entire process is carried out in full compliance with current privacy regulations, with data minimization and encryption logic.
COMPANY REPORT REQUEST
POST/IT-report-aziendaTo request the Company Report, you need to make a call to the POST/IT-report-azienda endpoint.

- Company Name
- Tax Code
At this stage, it is possible to customize the document with a title, logo, text; otherwise, the default values will be used.
In the Payload, you can also set a callback to be notified when the document is available for download.
COMPANY REPORT RESPONSE
POST/IT-report-aziendaThe response will include, in addition to the previously entered data, also:
- Request Status (processing)
- Request ID
The ID is essential for the subsequent stages.
CHECK REQUEST STATUS
To check the status of the request, you need to make a call to the GET/IT-report-azienda/{id} endpoint, where the id is the identifier obtained previously.
When the status changes to "fulfilled", the document will be available for download.

GET/IT-report-azienda{id}/downloadTo proceed with downloading the report, once the status is "fulfilled", you need to make a request to the GET/IT-report-azienda{id}/download endpoint using the id as a parameter.
