Data about an individual or legal entity is communicated to EURISC in the following situations:
In the credit information system (SIC), data is recorded not only for those requesting a loan but also for:

PLEASE NOTE: Access to the data in the SIC, the Credit Information System, is granted to the holder of the report, the legal representative in the case of a legal entity or another person delegated by the holder of the report. It is essential to send a copy of the identity card of the person for whom the certificate is requested. In the case of legal persons (non-commercial entities, associations, foundations, partnerships or corporations, consortia, etc), a copy of the identity document of the legal representative of the legal person for whom the report is requested must be sent. Moreover, for the product dedicated to legal persons, the amount may increase up to €10, to be paid directly to CRIF, which will send an email.

The CRIF Personal Credit Report allows you to integrate, via API and in real-time, the request for a document that provides access to the Credit Information System (SIC) of CRIF, (called EURISC). This contains information on the credit history of individuals who request or obtain loans from banks and financial institutions.
The service is part of Risk, the API that allows you to access multiple databases (e.g., Anagrafe, Revenue Agency, CCIAA, CRIF, Experian) and more than 15 reports and investigations on individuals, freelancers, and companies with just one request. Here are some of the available information via API:
EURISC collects both positive and negative information related to loan requests and granted loans for individuals and businesses, regardless of whether the repayment was regular or not. A subject's data is communicated to EURISC in these situations:
Since these are confidential data, the CRIF report can only be requested for oneself or for someone for whom you have a delegation. To complete the request, it is necessary to sign a specific form and attach a copy of your identity document (ID card, driving license, or passport) and the Health Insurance Card or Tax Code Card.
The CRIF Personal Credit Report is a useful tool for individuals who want to apply for a mortgage, loan, or credit card and want to ensure there are no negative reports or errors in their data, people who have been denied a loan and want to check if they have been reported as bad payers, and those who want to keep their credit profile under control to avoid surprises in the event of future loan requests.
Openapi manages the entire request process via API in full compliance with current privacy regulations, using data minimization and encryption practices. For more information, you can consult the Privacy documentation on our website.
The produced documents are deleted from Openapi's systems according to the timeframes visible in the Redemption Period (the time limit after which the document is deleted from our servers) in the privacy documentation. If necessary, the customer can directly contact the authorized professional who provided the service, who is required to keep a copy according to regulations.
The service is provided in 20 days.
The cost per single request is €17.50.
