Reduced billing errors and service requests, growth and improved customer satisfaction
TaxMan, an online accounting service for freelancers and small businesses, has turned to Openapi with a clear objective: to make it easier to compile data when creating electronic invoices. Electronic invoicing is in fact one of the company's main services, and is offered free of charge along with other paid tax services, including tax returns.
The need for TaxMan was to enable users of the app to create e-invoices quickly and with as few errors as possible.
The service identified in the Openapi marketplace to meet their needs is "Company", which has the advantage of providing in a single query all the personal data required for correct invoicing (e.g. names, address and unique code). The choice of this service has proved to be the best one because it has allowed the company to improve the service offered and, as a result, rapidly increase the pool of users who use the free TaxMan app.
What's more, with the reduction in the number of incorrect e-invoices, the rate of chat support requests has dropped, which is significant because it has resulted in better management of support requests and optimisation of the working time of the company's employees, as well as an increase in customer satisfaction.
The use of "Company" has led to an important result for TaxMan: in just a few months there has been a significant growth in the number of people using free e-invoicing, reaching the target of 20.000 registered users in a short period of time.
