New delivery tariffs for postal services: what will change as of 31 March 2025
To mitigate the increases provided for by AGCom Resolution 51/25/CONS, Openapi is making some services free of charge
As of 31 March 2025, important changes in the tariffs for delivery services such as Online Registered Mails, Online Judicial Registered Mail, Online Letter and Online Telegram will come into effect. According to AGCom Resolution 51/25/CONS of 14 March 2025, the new tariffs include increases of a few cents on all mail and delivery services.
Openapi, in order to reduce the impact of the increases on its customers, has decided to make the dispatch receipt free of charge for all postal services.
In addition, there will be a significant change regarding colour printing: this will be free of charge for registered mail, while for Post 1 and Post 4 there will be a reduction in cost from €0.50 to €0.20.
