On 8 April at 4 p.m. discover how to simplify your signature processes with the new QES and QeSeal services
If you manage numerous documents, contracts, or administrative procedures, you know how much time and resources can be wasted with traditional signing processes. But there’s good news: with Openapi’s new services, you can automate and speed up document signing!
Thanks to Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) and Qualified Electronic Seal (QeSeal), it is now possible to automatically and massively sign a large volume of documents directly from the server, without annual fees.
All of this in just a few seconds and with full legal validity.
Both solutions are extremely flexible and customizable and allow you to:
Sign documents in both bulk and individual mode
Choose any signature format (CAdES, PAdES, XAdES, and PKCS#1)
Select between synchronous or asynchronous signing and validation
Configure up to 30 customizable security levels
Specifically, QES clearly identifies a natural person through data such as name, surname, and tax code, and offers a signing solution with or without OTP. QeSeal, on the other hand, certifies the identity of a legal entity (e.g., company name, VAT number, or tax code), with no reference to the natural person who physically used the credentials to generate the seal.
But how do the services work in practice? Find out in our upcoming Openapi webinar!
On Tuesday, April 8th (at 4:00 PM), Alessandro Mollicone and Simone Desantis, CMO and CTO of Openapi, will show you how to implement mass and automatic signing for natural and legal persons via API and clear all your doubts.
The webinar will cover the following topics:
eSignature: the new legally valid signature API in Italy and Europe
Qualified Electronic Signature (QES): automatic and mass signing of any document (synchronous or asynchronous)
Automatic QES OTP: automatic signing with OTP security
Qualified Electronic Seal (QeSeal): mass signing of documents for legal entities
QES vs QES OTP vs QeSeal: differences and use cases
Advanced Management: formats, signing levels, signing modes, QTimeStamp, Hash algorithm
API in action: live demo with requests to the endpoints
Practical use cases
The webinar will be in Italian. It will last 30 minutes, and during the final part, you’ll be able to ask any questions you have.
